Date Core Removing (Depitting) Machine

The Date Core Removing (Depitting) Machine is a heavy-duty industrial machine engineered to quickly and accurately remove date seeds before further processing. Built from food-grade SS304 stainless steel, it ensures hygienic operation, durability, and reliable performance for continuous production.

With a processing capacity of 100–200 kg per hour, the machine efficiently separates the date pits while minimizing damage to the fruit. The depitted dates can then be transferred to a Date Pulper Machine for pulp extraction or further processed into date paste, date juice, or date syrup.
