500KG/H Full Date Syrup Production Line

This complete date syrup production line is designed for processing approximately 500 kg of raw dates / per hour into concentrated date syrup suitable for commercial packaging and distribution.

The production system integrates the major processing stages required to transform dates into finished syrup. The dates are prepared and softened through controlled heating before being transferred for destoning and pulping. The extracted date material then undergoes cooking/mixing, filtration and separation to remove unwanted solids and achieve a smoother product.

The filtered liquid is subsequently concentrated using a vacuum evaporation system, reducing excess water and increasing the syrup concentration under controlled processing conditions. The finished syrup is transferred to a storage tank before proceeding to filling, capping, sealing and labeling.

The processing line includes stainless-steel product-contact equipment and can be supplied together with the required piping, fittings, electrical control system, platforms/supports and CIP cleaning system.
